ID Logistics, a leading logistics operator, has extended its lease agreement for 23,000 sqm of space in GLP Warsaw I Logistics Centre. This transaction is a continuation of the cooperation that began in 2018 and is a testament to the attractiveness of the Warsaw logistics market. JLL company supported the tenant in the lease renegotiation process. &nbsp;ID Logistics Polska S.A. currently manages a total of 50 locations dedicated to the implementation of contract logistics and cross-dock services for distribution network&nbsp; with a total warehouse space of over 1.3 million sqm. The company handles over 100,000 FTL (Full Truck Load) shipments and 8 million groupage shipments annually, and is specializing in serving the retail, FMCG, e-commerce, beauty, fashion, and luxury goods sectors.<blockquote>“Our continued presence in GLP Warsaw I Logistics Centre is the result of careful market analysis and our operational needs. The strategic location of the facility provides connections to the capital as well as central and western Poland. The building management utilizes many solutions that facilitate daily cooperation with clients and their operations, including an app for contacting the facility manager and an automated entry system with license plate recognition. In 2024, total gross demand reached an impressive level of 5.6 million sqm, representing a 10% increase compared to the previous year and 6% above the five-year average. Particularly noteworthy is the record volume of lease renewals, which amounted to 2.3 million sqm, accounting for 41% of total demand. At the same time, new demand maintained a stable level of 3.3 million sqm, slightly exceeding the result from the previous year.&nbsp;These data reflect the cautious but optimistic approach of tenants who, in the face of a dynamically changing market environment, are increasingly deciding to renegotiate and extend existing agreements.
