ID Logistics extends lease agreement in P3 Wrocław II Park

<h2 style="text-align:justify;">SEGRO, a leading owner, manager and developer of modern warehouse and manufacturing space, is starting construction of a new facility tailored to the individual requirements of Corning Optical Communications Polska, a global provider of advanced solutions for AI data centers and fibre to the home solutions.</h2>Corning’s existing operational base in Stryków will be expanded by a third manufacturing and logistics building within SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków. This marks another stage in the cooperation between Corning and SEGRO, which has continued uninterrupted since 2006. The investment, with a total area of more than 35,000 sq m, supports the company’s further development in Stryków, strengthening Corning’s position as one of the key employers in central Poland. JLL, an international real estate advisory company, participated in the lease transaction.&nbsp;<h2>Two decades of growth in one park</h2>Since inventing the first low‑loss optical fibre in 1970, Corning has consistently set standards in the telecommunications industry. Since 2006, the company’s operations in Stryków have focused on manufacturing and key logistics activities supporting the evolving business needs of the EMEA region, as well as the development of AI‑driven data centres.Corning was the first tenant at SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków and, at the same time, the first SEGRO customer in Poland for whom a dedicated build‑to‑suit facility was delivered. The cooperation between the two companies is an example of a long‑term partnership. Following the opening of its first plant, Corning further expanded its operations in 2018 by launching a second facility at the same location.The new building is being delivered in line with the stringent requirements of BREEAM New Construction certification at the Excellent level. Upon completion, the total operational space occupied by Corning at SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków will exceed 115,000 sq m. The new facility is scheduled to commence operations in the second half of this year.<blockquote>“Our presence in Stryków is a story of stable growth. The park stands out for its strategic location just 3 km from the A1 and A2 motorway junction and offers excellent external infrastructure, including wide access roads and manoeuvring yards, 24/7 security, and ongoing support from SEGRO’s on‑site property management team.&nbsp;
