The STILL Group is one of the world's leading suppliers of intralogistics equipment. One of the engines driving its success in Central Europe is STILL Polska, which has been operating since 1995. The company focuses on comprehensive customer service in the country, providing advice, 24/7 service, short- and long-term rental and refurbishment of used forklifts. The company offers comprehensive intralogistics solutions of all kinds, such as forklift trucks or services related to their selection, maintenance and optimisation, as well as warehouse racks and IT and automation systems for internal transport.
The Poznań market has until now been the headquarters of the company's operations in Poland. In July last year, JLL supported STILL in a lease extension transaction for 8,000 sq m of space at BGO Poznań, where it carries out service and preparation, forklift repair and back-office operations. The choice of facilities was determined by price, the size of the space and its quick availability, as well as logistical considerations, ease of access to the location and BGO Poznań's offer of additional services. Now the company has decided to expand the space with a warehouse in Tarnowo Podgórne due to growth and existing business needs.
