Panattoni Park Łódź West III gains a new tenant from the 3PL sector. Barth Italiana, a company founded in 1978 with an established position in the logistics market across Europe, has decided to locate its operations in this modern warehouse complex.
Barth Italiana S.R.L., in addition to traditional transport services, offers advanced logistics solutions, managing all logistics activities inside the production plants and in its own distribution hubs located throughout Europe.
As a result of Barth Italiana's well-thought-out development strategy, the company has decided to lease 5,570 sqm of space in Panattoni Park Łódź West III. The ideal location in Central Poland provides access to developed communication routes to the largest cities in Poland and beyond, as well as a qualified workforce from the surrounding areas.

JLL supported the tenant in the process of searching for an appropriate location and during negotiations of the contract terms. The collaboration included analyzing available options on the market and advising on the optimal solution for the client's operational needs. Careful selection of the location was an important element of Barth Italiana's expansion strategy, crucial for strengthening the company's position in the Łódź logistics market.

Ultimately, Barth Italiana finalized an agreement regarding the use of space in the Panattoni Park Łódź West III logistics center.

Flexible office modules allow for customization of space to individual tenant needs.
