**Panattoni Park Łódź West III gains a new tenant from the 3PL sector. Barth Italiana, a company founded in 1978 with an established position in the logistics market across Europe, has decided to locate its operations in this modern warehouse complex.**


Barth Italiana S.R.L., in addition to traditional transport services, offers advanced logistics solutions, managing all logistics activities inside the production plants and in its own distribution hubs located throughout Europe.

As a result of Barth Italiana's well-thought-out development strategy, the company has decided to lease 5,570 sqm of space in Panattoni Park Łódź West III. The ideal location in Central Poland provides access to developed communication routes to the largest cities in Poland and beyond, as well as a qualified workforce from the surrounding areas.

JLL supported the tenant in the process of searching for an appropriate location and during negotiations of the contract terms. The collaboration included analyzing available options on the market and advising on the optimal solution for the client's operational needs. Careful selection of the location was an important element of Barth Italiana's expansion strategy, crucial for strengthening the company's position in the Łódź logistics market.

Ultimately, Barth Italiana finalized an agreement regarding the use of space in the Panattoni Park Łódź West III logistics center.

The facility combines functionality with advanced ecological solutions, offering comprehensive warehousing and light production capabilities. Modern solutions, such as convenient access to loading docks and ground-level entries, make it attractive for logistics companies. Flexible office modules allow for customization of space to individual tenant needs.

Panattoni Park Łódź West III represents a modern approach to designing warehouse spaces, combining operational efficiency with environmental care, which perfectly meets the needs of the dynamically developing logistics market.

The completed transaction is one of many this year in which JLL's local team in Łódź participated, collaborating with clients on leasing over 59,000 sqm.
