JLL advised Zalando in the process of searching for the location for the new investment – Zalando Lounge Logistics Centre, through: analysis of the market and possible locations to evaluate the best available solution, analysis of the compliance with the Client’s requirements and the ability to deliver the facility on time, supervision of the process of preparing the property for the investment project.
Process
Zalando is an international e-commerce giant. Due to the dynamic development, a decision was made to invest in new facility in order to strengthen the logistics network in Europe. Dedicated JLL team carried out full analysis of the market and potential locations throughout Poland. The process allowed to deliver the facility, which met all the Client’s expectations.
Results
With the support of JLL, Zalando decided to locate its new logistics centre with a surface area of 130,000 sq m in Ameryka, Olsztynek. The building was constructed in accordance with all the specific technical requirements at very attractive terms. Zalando had the opportunity to become an investment pioneer in the region, generating dynamic growth of industrial sector.
