JLL conducted tender for developer in BTS formula. Project included an analysis of available locations, defining the technical specification and layout of the building, negotiating the commercial and legal terms of the lease agreement, and selecting a developer. New distribution center was required to cover specific solutions dedicated for food retailer, i.a. cold rooms and parkings
Situation/process
Auchan, one of the mayor food retailers operating in Poland, searched for the new location of their distribution center In December 2020, JLL was engaged by Auchan for the Campus Silesia project. The process involved a logistics operator a logistics consultant and a law firm.
Results
JLL provided comprehensive service of tenant representation conducting the whole process on behalf of the Client. Auchan leased modern warehouse space of 52,000 sq m. The building will be built with all the specific requirements of the Client.
