At the end of the first half of 2025, the stock of modern warehouse space in Poland exceeded 36 million m². In the first quarter of 2025 alone, demand reached 1.11 million m², while gross demand for the half-year period totalled 2.95 million m² (10% more than a year earlier).&nbsp;Particularly large investments are appearing in the regions of Mazovia, Silesia and Lower Silesia, which are also leaders in re-commerce.
